One of our favorite dinners to grill out on the patio is pizza. Here's a basic cheese and veggie pizza. Skippy always like eating out 'cause he gets to have grilled chicken.

I wish I was skippy! I think I'd take those right off the grill! They look amazing. I've never seen or heard of grilled pizza but I love the concept.

Some day I'll post some of our recipes. We love grilled mixed mushroom pizza or scallop pizza. Our "appetizer pizza" is just dough with olive oil, garlic, sun-dried tomatoes and goat cheese. The best. A wood fired grill can get a bit hotter than my oven and does a great job on pizza.
