- This is my WeatherPixie. It is a little graphic that shows a representation of the weather using data reported by Boston Logan Airport. As the weather in Boston changes, my Pixie will also change. Daylight and current moon phase are also displayed.

With the roof reconstruction underway, I've relocated all my pots to safe grounds in the backyard. I also took the opportunity to empty the dead pots, sift and freshen the potting soil, repot things that had gotten too large, pot up more refugees and so on.
Seeing them all in one place, I'm surprised at how many I've accumulated over the years. I've always like ceramics. I just didn't realize I had an outdoor collection of them.

I also enjoy pulling a together a collection to see just what you have. Usually I do this by photographs.
My pots are very plain and most have cracked from winter neglect. I repair them the best I can. My newest ones are two giant brown plastic pots from Costco. I can plant almost a whole little vegetable garden in each. They are now holding pumpkins and sunflower seedlings.
Last year I said I wouldn't grow pumpkins in a pot again, but with a new growing season I seem to have forgotten my past failures.
